Through Sadhna, we bring structure to intent, ensuring every effort and partnership creates meaningful, lasting impact.

Ajay Seth, a commerce graduate and a qualified cost accountant, set foot in the financial world in 1987, offering equity research services focused on mid-cap and small-cap segments to FIIs, mutual funds, and institutional investors. His passion for the markets motivated him to venture into investment management a few years later.

Quest Foundation Focus
We actively support causes that align with our vision of making quality healthcare accessible to all. To this end, the Quest Foundation partners with leading hospitals and medical institutions to extend medical education and treatment to those who need it most. Our contributions include the donation of essential medical equipment across key specialities — including trauma, neurology, and gynaecology — ensuring that care reaches where it’s needed most. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we also distributed extensive relief packages, providing critical support to affected communities across India.
In our pursuit of holistic well-being, we have directed a portion of our profits toward nurturing spaces for learning and reflection. We proudly sponsor Nutan Gyaan Dhara, a free public library that houses an inspiring collection of over 12,000 titles spanning spirituality, healthcare, meditation, and yoga. Additionally, in partnership with Chinmaya Mission, we launched Geeta at a Glance — an initiative that offers a concise overview of the 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita through 20 immersive sessions, making timeless wisdom accessible to all.
Education is the most powerful form of empowerment. At Quest Foundation, we have established enduring partnerships with reputed institutions such as SNDT College and the BKS Iyengar Trust to make education more accessible to students from economically weaker sections of society. Our initiatives also include extending support to schools that educate children with speech and hearing challenges, ensuring that learning remains inclusive and equitable. In addition, we offer scholarships to deserving students, empowering them to pursue their academic goals and build a future defined by purpose and opportunity.
Economic dignity begins with opportunity. In partnership with the Tribal Integrated Development Trust, Mumbai, we work toward our shared goal of tribal upliftment and financial inclusion. Our initiatives include paying school and college fees for deserving students and extending direct financial assistance to marginalized families to help them start home-based micro-enterprises. By supporting education and entrepreneurship at the grassroots, we aim to create sustainable sources of livelihood and long-term community resilience.
